Sales & Customer Service Assistant

Due to continued growth and expansion, we're looking for an assistant to join our sales and customer service team in our busy office in Stoke-on-Trent.

The position involves delivering first class customer service, dealing with customers across a number of channels including phone, email, LiveChat, social media and sales counter, assisting them with placing or changing orders, chasing deliveries and general enquiries, as well as more general office support.

With a worldwide customer base and a subsidiary in the Netherlands, the role will involve regular dealings with import/export admin and customers from around the world.
