Type 1 or A-system static mixer nozzle for some brands of 400ml 2-part adhesive cartridges. These disposable plastic mixer nozzles automatically mix two-part adhesives as they pass through the nozzle making application of the adhesive quick and easy.
NOT compatible with any of our current adhesive cartridges. Sold individually, volume discounts apply.

'Type 1' static mixer nozzles suitable for use with some brands of 400ml 2-part adhesive twin tube cartridge. The nozzle is also suitable for use with a wide range of other adhesive brands which use the same 'Type 1' fitting - i.e. without the white plastic locking mechanism.
IMPORTANT: This 'Type 1' nozzle will not fit any of our adhesives. For all Perma-Bond adhesives in 400ml twin tubes you will need a 'Type 2' static mixer nozzle. For VuDu Glu VM100 Black adhesive in 400ml twin tubes you will need a 'Type 3' static mixer nozzle.
These handy self-mixing nozzles ensure thorough mixing of the adhesive and hardener without the need for any separate mixing. The adhesive and hardener are processed through an effective series of box-shaped inter-mixers as they make their way down the nozzle. By the time the adhesive reaches the end of the nozzle it is ready for application directly to the bonding surface.
These box-section mixers provide much more effective mixing than the standard spiral-type nozzles which means they can be shorter for the same mixing capability, resulting in less wasted adhesive.
Suitable for use with epoxy, polyurethane and acrylic adhesives.
The mixer nozzle is designed to connect securely to the nozzle socket on the 400ml Twin Tube packs.
