This large 19.1mm / 3/4" cell size honeycomb is suitable for less demanding honeycomb applications especially for large panels used in architectural use (cleanrooms etc), doors, cladding and some flooring applicatons. The 19.1mm / 1/4" cell size is the largest of the 3 cell sizes we offer 'off the shelf' making this our lightest (and most cost effective) honeycomb.

Our 19.1mm / 3/4" Aluminium Honeycomb is the largest of the 3 cell sizes of honeycomb that we offer.
Smaller cell sizes offer more strength but also more weight and a higher cost, larger cell sizes are lighter and cheaper but not as strong. The 19.1mm / 3/4" cell size is the lightest and cheapest but least strong of our 3 honeycombs but it will still result in a very strong panel suitable for a wide range of applications.

Our 19.1mm (3/4") Aluminium Honeycomb is available to buy in standard thicknesses of 10mm, 20mm and 30mm. Please choose the thickness you want from the dropdown list at the top of the page.
Expanded Sheet Sizes
We supply our Aluminium Honeycomb in unexpanded (block) form. This makes them much smaller (and more cost effective) to ship but most importantly ensures that they are delivered undamaged, ready to be easily expanded into a faultless sheet of honeycomb.
The sheets are available to buy 'off the shelf' in blocks which will expand to a full sheet size of 2500mm x 1250mm or to a smaller sheet size of 1250mm x 652mm. Please choose the sheet size you require from the drop-down list at the top of the page.
